Music
is central to our liturgy here at Holy Trinity Church. The church is
known for its appreciation of many different styles and genres of
music. From Anglican Chant to African American Spirituals many will
find a great variety of musical interests. In addition to the use of
the Hymnal 1982, the church also makes use of Lift Every Voice and
Sing, Wonder Love and Praise and other supplemental hymnals.
During
various points throughout the Church Year, Holy Trinity also
incorporates the use of professional musicians further enriching our
worship of God through the gift of song.
Choir
The
Choir of Holy Trinity Church performs every Sunday including other
major services throughout the Church Year. They perform choral music
from many different musical periods and are blessed to have three
professional section leaders in addition to our volunteer members.
Choir Rehearsals are held on Sundays before and after the 10
o'clock service in the Church. The
first rehearsal is from 9:15-9:45 and the second from 11:45-12:45.
New members of any musical ability are welcome. Please contact John
Plesniarski in the parish office or after any Sunday Service.
