There
are a variety of ways for you to be involved with the ministries of
Holy Trinity Parish. Some
of these are listed below, with a contact person if you desire more
information about a particular ministry.

the Senior Warden at (732) 257-0066 or Ida Ita, the Junior Warden at
732 254-7069 about any of these ministries. If you have a question about anything in the parish and are
not certain where to direct it, please talk with one of the Wardens.

We
worship God together every Sunday at 8:00 and 10:00 AM.
There are also special services for Holy Days.
There are a variety
of ways for you to be involved with the ministries of Holy Trinity
Parish. Some of
these are listed below:
Acolytes: Children are the age
of 10 and older can serve the alter, carry torches, carry the cross,

Altar
Guild:
This group cares for the silver, linens, and help set up for
Sunday services. Contact Kathy DeAngelis (732) 251-6958
Choir:
Under the direction of John Plesniarski,
this group leads the congregation in song, perform anthems, and other
choral pieces throughout the year. Choir meets at 6:30 on Thursday nights.

Youth
Choir: Under the direction
of John Plesniarski young people, grade three and up, perform for the
congregation on a regular basis. Contact John Plesniarski (732) 254-1734
Lectors: This group reads Holy
Scripture during Sunday services on a rotating basis. Contact the
parish office (732) 254-1734.
Prayer Leaders: The people who help
lead the congregation in public prayer. Contact the parish office
(732) 254-1734.
Lay Eucharistic Ministers: This group
of people helps with the distribution of wine during communion.
Some may also take communion to those unable to attend church.

Ushers: These people help
welcome people to our church services by giving out bulletins,
providing hospitality, and help lead people to communion. Contact Tom

Holy
trinity reaches out to the local community as well as the greater
community in many ways. Below
is just a few.
Thursday Fellowship Supper: Every
Thursday (September through June) dinner is served to approximately
sixty people from the community. Contact the parish office (732)

Project
Linus: On the first and
third Tuesday of the month a group of women gather to knit or crochet
blankets. Once a year we
donate the completed blankets to Project
Linus for distribution children in hospitals throughout the United

South River Food Bank: Items are
collected on the first Sunday of the month and then transport South

Giving Tree: Christmas gifts are
collected for giving to families that are in need. Contact parish

African Team Ministries: Artifacts
that are crafted in Africa are sold to benefit a Diocese in east Africa.
Church of the Redeemer, Biloxi, MS:
Holy Trinity provides financial and spiritual support for the
rebuilding of this church that was destroyed by hurricane Katrina.
Holy Trinity, Sierra Leone: Holy Trinity
provides financial and spiritual support for our sister parish, Holy

Crop Walk: Our parish
participates in this community-based fund raising event, to raise
money for local hunger-fighting agencies as well as the international
relief and development efforts of Church World Service.
Interfaith Network of Care: INC gives
personal and social support to people coping with chronic conditions,
disabilities, isolation, and other age related disabilities and to
help those responsible for their day-to-day well being. Contact

Calico Cat:
Our state accredited
pre-school program provides activities and experiences designed to
help the children develop socially emotionally, physically and

Sunday School:
This program
is open to children 3 through high school.
Our staff of
dedicated and experienced teachers is committed to helping our young
people grow in their faith and love of God.
Episcopal Youth
Group (EYC):
This ministry open to students in grades 7-12, they meet for a
variety of activities every other week during the school year.

Vacation Bible
School: A week long
program held during the summer open to children pre-school through 6th
grade. Here kids
explore amazing bible adventures; they'll take part in daily
challenges that encourage them to apply Bible truths to everyday life

Parish
Library: We have a collection
of books, videos, and periodicals emphasizing theology, spirituality,
and religion that is available to the community to borrow.
The Trumpet: Our parish newsletter
is published monthly. This
is a good way to always be aware

Parish Life Ministries: The people who help with the ministries of
hospitality. Examples of
their efforts are Sunday coffee hour and distributing information to

Men of Holy Trinity: All men of the parish are members of this group.
Women of Holy Trinity: All women of the parish are members of this group.
Buildings
and Grounds:
This group of volunteers contributes their time and talent to
the need of our buildings and grounds of the church, in such ways as
gardening, spring and fall clean-ups, and shoveling snow.
